This spreadsheet shows FY 11 K-12 distributions compared to last year's adopted FY 10 and the introduced FY 11.  The differences shown are:

FY 11 adopted - FY 10 (Ch. 781) = -$773 million

FY 11 adopted without VRS changes - FY 10 (Ch. 781) = -$584 million

FY 11 adopted - FY 11 introduced = -$206 million

FY 11 adopted without VRS changes - FY 10 introduced = -$17 million
